**워크스페이스 환경 > 기본 정보**에서는 워크스페이스 기본 정보 변경/슈퍼 관리자 위임/서비스 탈퇴 등을 수행할 수 있습니다.

### 슈퍼 관리자 위임하기 <a href="#change-super-manager" id="change-super-manager"></a>

슈퍼 관리자는 **워크스페이스 환경 > 기본정보**에서 다른 멤버에게 슈퍼 관리자 권한을 위임할 수 있습니다.

1. **워크스페이스 환경 > 기본 정보** 메뉴에서 슈퍼 관리자 항목의 \[변경하기] 버튼을 클릭합니다.

   * 슈퍼 관리자 \[변경하기] 버튼은 슈퍼 관리자에게만 노출됩니다.

2. **슈퍼관리자 변경** 팝업창에서 주의 사항을 확인하고 \[다음] 버튼을 클릭합니다.
3. 슈퍼 관리자 권한을 위임할 멤버를 선택하고, \[위임 메일 발송] 버튼을 클릭합니다.
   * 이메일이 없는 멤버에게 위임이 필요한 경우, 이메일을 직접 입력한 후 \[위임 메일 발송] 버튼을 클릭합니다.

슈퍼 관리자 위임 메일은 발송 후 7일 동안만 유효합니다.

### 슈퍼 관리자 위임받기 <a href="#get-super-manager-role" id="get-super-manager-role"></a>

슈퍼 관리자를 위임받을 멤버는 슈퍼 관리자 위임 메일을 수신하게 됩니다. 해당 메일을 통해 슈퍼 관리자 권한을 위임받을 수 있습니다.

수신한 슈퍼 관리자 위임 메일에서 \[슈퍼 관리자 위임받기] 버튼을 클릭해 권한을 위임받습니다.

### 서비스 탈퇴 <a href="#leave-service" id="leave-service"></a>

탈퇴 요청 시 다음의 내용에 유의 부탁드립니다.

* 해당 워크스페이스 내 모든 계정 및 데이터가 삭제되며, 신청일로부터 유예 기간 경과 후 삭제된 데이터는 복구될 수 없습니다.
* 탈퇴 신청 시 슈퍼관리자를 포함한 멤버의 모든 데이터는 7일의 유예 기간 이후 삭제됩니다.
* 탈퇴 신청 번복은 유예 기간 내에만 가능하며, 고객센터로 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.

카카오워크의 서비스 탈퇴는 워크스페이스의 슈퍼 관리자만 신청할 수 있습니다. 슈퍼 관리자가 서비스를 탈퇴하면 슈퍼 관리자의 워크스페이스 내에 존재하는 모든 멤버 계정 및 데이터가 삭제되며 복구가 불가능합니다. 카카오워크 탈퇴를 원할 경우 관리자 서비스(admin.kakaowork.com) > 기본 정보 > \[서비스 탈퇴] 버튼을 클릭하여 신청할 수 있습니다.

**워크스페이스 환경 > 프로필 정보**에서는 워크스페이스 개설 완료 시 프로필에 표시할 항목을 변경할 수 있습니다.

### 프로필 정보 변경하기 <a href="#change" id="change"></a>

**워크스페이스 환경 > 프로필 정보**에서 멤버의 프로필창에 노출할 항목을 설정 후 \[적용] 버튼을 클릭합니다.

## 로그인 설정

**워크스페이스 환경 > 로그인 설정**에서는 워크스페이스의 조직 ID를 설정할 수 있습니다. 슈퍼 관리자가 조직 ID를 설정한 후, 멤버들에게 공유하면 멤버들은 이메일 인증 없이 조직 ID로 간편하게 로그인할 수 있습니다.
